Your Will should be updated when major changes take place in your life. This may include getting married or divorced, having children, purchasing or selling property, retiring from your job, or if a loved one passes on. Even without major life changes, it is important to review your Will periodically (usually every 3 years) to compensate for changes in tax laws.
